“I just try to put everything I can into the world because at the end of the day, no one's gonna care about the Instagram followers you had…they're going to remember about how you made them feel and the things that you created and put into the world for others to consume.”
“A brand is a feeling. It is the feeling that people get when they interact with this product or service or the thing that you do.”
“In order to be a brand, enough people have to have the same feeling about you and once enough people have the same feeling about you, that's what your brand is.”

The Final Five:
1. How he would describe his personal brand: versatile and dynamic
2. How he manages all the priorities in his life: he approaches it based on four quadrants: spouse, children, career and him. You will never able to balance all at a time, and at any given time, he needs to identify what he needs to prioritize or sacrifice.
3. His morning and night time routines: when he wakes up he takes a moment to be thankful, he reflects on the day ahead and what he wants to accomplish. He also tries to read for 15 minutes to get his mind working. He tries to stay away from his phone to get in the rhythm of the day. At night, he tries to get 5 – 6 1/2 of sleep and puts the phone away for at least 30 minutes before sleeping. He also tries to read a bit and gets ready to tackle the next day.
4.What he does or listens to in order to stay sharp: he consumes a lot. His favorites: people on Instagram around aspiration and inspiration, Wired, Fast Company, Inc, and Monocle. He also spends 1-2 hours at book stores every Sunday. He's passionately curious.
5. His favorite power outfit: When he puts on a well tailored shirt or suit, he feels great.
