For the next few episodes, I am sharing some Beyond the Business Suit Conversations that were recorded live on Zoom with some of our Beyond the Business Suit audience March 16-20, 2020, which was the first full week that the majority of the people in the United States were working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. What was placed heavily on my heart was to invite several people to give us support, insight and perspective during this time. Wherever you are in the world, I hope this perspective is comforting and helpful for you.
In this conversation, we talked about how we can take care of our bodies (and our families' bodies) during this time. I invited Certified Integrative Nutritionist and Founder of Yummy Spoonfuls, Agatha Achindu and Chiropractor and Owner of Elevate Family Chiropractic, Dr. Naeema Olatunji. This is such an important conversation that you will want to share with your families and friends.
During the conversation we talked about tactical things you can do to boost your immune system and keep your body healthy now more than ever. We discussed why you should think twice about drinking milk, using hand sanitizer and eating meat during this time (and please listen for more context). We also talked about what Agatha and her family eat to avoid getting sick, and what Dr. Naeema and her children take daily to protect their bodies.
