In this episode of Beyond the Business Suit, we're announcing a new series we're hosting during the month of September called Beyond Black Women: 30 Days of Inspo.

Here's some background: If you remember back to Episode 177: A Call for Black Women in Leadership that released in June of 2020, I shared that I have been feeling a particular call to Black American women in this season and also that it does not mean that I am only focusing on Black women through my practice or that I am not thinking about or caring about my clients, listeners or audience who are not Black women. Instead, I'm prioritizing them in this season because I do see the collective trauma they are experiencing right now and the heightened need they have for support, care and community, now more than ever.

So for the month of September I am going to release daily inspiration especially for my Black American sisters who may need a boost right now. Here's more on the series here.

And though these messages will be delivered with Black women in mind, the content of the message is universal.
