How would things be different if Black women were better represented in leadership in technology? For International Women's Day this year, we collaborated with the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) and brought together a powerhouse group of women in tech that helped us to #ImagineAWorld where Black women in tech leadership were more widely represented. In our discussion, Errika Moore – Executive Director for the national STEM Funders Network, Lizette Williams – Global Head of Vertical Solutions Marketing, Nicole Keaton Hart – Site Director for Microsoft Atlanta, and Regina Gwynn – Co-Founder of Black Women Talk Tech, discuss everything from encouraging STEM leadership, Black women-led companies and the support they've received in their career along the way.
