This episode of the Beyond The Business Suit, listeners get a two-for-one special! Originally recorded on Easter Sunday as a Beyonding Community preview session, the first portion of the episode explores an in-depth look at our relationship with rest and how we can give ourselves permission to rest with Beyonding Community coaches, Anika Apple and Denitra “Dee” Letrice. We go deep into the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual effects that rest can have within us.
The second portion of the episode takes us through the Beyonding Community and what it has to offer its members. Listeners can learn how they can elevate their lives and join a network of other high-achieving women who are walking through their journey of purpose accountability. Doors to the Beyonding Community are now closed (this is pre-recorded), but will reopen in July 2022.
