ABOUT NIKKI FRECHETTE:
Nikki Frechette is an advocate for self-love whose higher purpose is empowering women to overcome low self-worth and push through self-limiting beliefs. Her passion for personal development prompted her to become a Domestic Violence Counselor Advocate and she later earned her Life Coach and Transformational Coach Certifications from The Health Coach Institute.
She began her career teaching aesthetics and mastered her craft working for elite spas in Southern California. She sits on the Mentoring Committee with The Association of Women in the Metal Industries, whose four cornerstones include Educate, Network, Grow, and Mentor. She designed the AWMI’s National Mentoring Program which offers an additional layer of support in the mentorship journeys of women across the U.S. In 2021 Nikki was invited by BoomerangKit.com, a digital diagnostic testing company, to design their Wellness Lifestyle Program which matches patients with fitting health coaches, nutritionists, life coaches, and personal fitness trainers. She is dedicated to taking all fields of coaches and mentors to their highest success and potential.
In addition to all her meaningful roles, Nikki is the co-creator of a podcast titled The NamaSlay Network, where she and her co-host Severina Hernandez interview accomplished women from around the globe who share the challenges and mindset tools along the journey to their higher purpose.
