ABOUT KAILEI
Kailei (pronounced KY-lee) Carr is a personal branding advisor, content creator and public speaker. She has spent nearly a decade writing about topics that matter to career driven women and digital marketers for publications including The Dallas Morning News, MediaPost and VyneWorld.com, which she co-founded and also leads content creation. With an extensive career in media, marketing and management consulting, Kailei has advised some of the largest and most popular brands on their social media, marketing communications and digital advertising strategies. She has combined her love for style, branding and digital presence to help professional women develop their personal brands, both online and offline, for their personal and professional advancement.
In addition to her background in styling, marketing and media, Kailei has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she was a McCormick Tribune future media leader scholar. She was also named one of America's Smartest Shoppers from Suave and the Style Network. Kailei currently resides in the Chicago area with her husband, Justin.
